Handshake is seeking a Staff Product Designer for the Network team. You will own end-to-end design across acquisition, onboarding, activation, referrals, and network growth, shaping experiences used by millions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing products with millions of active users.
• Strong communicator who clearly articulates design decisions and tradeoffs.
• Deep visual and interaction design expertise with measurable impact.
• Experience designing for growth including onboarding and activation.
• Comfortable using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, data science, and content teams to define problems and deliver consumer experiences.
• Own design end-to-end from concept through post-launch iteration: user flows, prototypes, mocks, and implementation.
• Design experiences across acquisition, onboarding, activation, referrals, and network growth.
• Tackle complex problems by translating behavioral insights into intuitive experiences.
• Rapidly iterate through wireframes and experiments to optimize conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate to design and refine growth experiments across landing pages and onboarding flows.
• Maintain a high bar for craft and user outcomes with a design-led mindset.
