Linktree is evolving into a central control center for creators and businesses, with a focus on native mobile craft across iOS and Android. We seek a Staff designer to lead mobile across all pillars, raising the bar and ensuring coherence as teams ship rapidly.

You will set patterns, drive design systems collaboration, and prototype ideas to production fidelity, influencing teams while delivering scalable mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• Deep native mobile craft across iOS and Android.
• Shipping consumer mobile products at scale for diverse users.
• Staff-level scope: setting direction beyond individual screens.

Responsibilities

• Set and raise the bar for native iOS and Android across the product.
• Own the mobile patterns and craft standards that every pillar builds on.
• Go deep where native wins—capture, notifications, gestures, performance, motion.
• Run cross-pillar mobile reviews to keep the experience coherent as teams ship fast.
• Partner with Design Systems and Engineering to implement mobile patterns in code; prototype ideas to production fidelity.
• Lead through influence to lift the mobile craft of designers across pillars.
