Linktree is evolving into a central control center for creators and businesses, with a focus on native mobile craft across iOS and Android. We seek a Staff designer to lead mobile across all pillars, raising the bar and ensuring coherence as teams ship rapidly.
You will set patterns, drive design systems collaboration, and prototype ideas to production fidelity, influencing teams while delivering scalable mobile experiences.
Linktree is evolving from a link-in-bio tool to the place creators and businesses run everything — a control center that helps them understand what’s working across platforms and decide what to do next. Linktree’s users live on their phones, and native mobile is where a huge amount of that value gets delivered: capturing content on the go, staying on top of their audience, getting coached in the moment on how to grow. We’re raising our mobile bar across the whole product, and we need a Staff designer to lead that craft.
This is our mobile craft anchor. Every experience pillar owns its own mobile and web surfaces — your job is to be the designer who sets and raises the native bar across all of them. It’s a cross-pillar, influence-heavy role: you’ll go deep where native truly wins and keep the app feeling like one coherent product, not five disconnected ones — so every pillar's mobile work gets better.
Mobile is your depth, and we want someone genuinely great at it. But the strongest mobile designers are strong product designers first — so we’re looking for range too: the judgment to frame problems, the taste to know what’s worth building, and the ability to work beyond native when the problem calls for it.
Linktree is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $200,000‑$230,000 in the San Francisco Bay or Los Angeles area. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise, the scope of role and level, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
At Linktree, we believe in promoting a culture that celebrates unique backgrounds, talents, and experiences, and we’re proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
