Job summary

Nourish, based in New York City, is hiring a Staff Product Designer. This role sits on a small design team reporting to the Head of Design.

It offers a hybrid arrangement (NYC in-office 3–4 days per week or SF remote until an SF office opens) and visa sponsorship is considered. You will own projects from concept to implementation, shaping how Nourish’s products integrate and scale across patient and provider experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong customer focus and design fundamentals.
• A builder's mindset: from 0 to 1, iterate quickly and ship.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and drive decisions with product/engineering.
• Clear, efficient written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and execution of an integrated preventive health product across a growing suite.
• Design experiences for patient, provider, and growth workflows and iterate existing features.
• Conduct qualitative user research via prototypes, interviews, and surveys to test hypotheses.
• Grow and maintain the design system and component library for consistency and speed.
• Champion craft and contribute to a strong design culture across Nourish.
