Job summary

Nourish in San Francisco is seeking a senior Brand/Visual Director to own the look and feel of the company across all touchpoints. You’ll shape a cohesive system, guide campaigns, product visuals, and marketing websites with craft and rigor.

You’ll collaborate with Product Design and cross‑functional teams to bring the Nourish brand to life—from photography direction to motion and print collateral. A strong portfolio and 7+ years in brand/visual roles are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in brand, visual or art direction.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Multidisciplinary designer who moves across digital, print, motion, and marketing.
• Experience extending established brand systems, not just creating new ones.
• Sweats the details while maintaining the bigger picture.
• Highly collaborative with cross-functional partners.
• Willing to wear many hats and move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Excited to build and expand brand initiatives rather than just maintain.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual identity of Nourish across every customer and company touchpoint.
• Extend and evolve our brand system while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Design marketing campaigns, product launches, websites, social content, presentations, recruiting materials, environmental graphics, print collateral, and more.
• Create motion graphics and animations that bring the brand to life across digital experiences.
• Partner with Product Design to ensure our product experience reflects the same level of craft as our brand.
• Create photography, illustration, video, directing external creative partners when needed.
• Build scalable templates, systems, and guidelines for the company to create high-quality work.
• Raise the bar for visual craft across the organization and help Nourish be recognized as well-designed in healthcare.
