Motion Recruitment, a rapidly growing fintech-focused company, is seeking a Staff Product Designer. This remote opportunity allows work from any location with options across New York and London.

You will own the visual identity, drive design system expansion, and lead end-to-end product offerings from concept to launch. You will influence product direction through research, prototypes, and shipped work, maintaining high standards for visual quality and craft across mobile, web, and internal

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience taking consumer mobile products from concept to launch.
• Strong visual design fundamentals including typography and information architecture.
• Experience developing and scaling design systems beyond components.
• Ability to translate customer needs into intuitive product experiences.
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to drive ambiguous projects end-to-end.
• Experience influencing product roadmaps via research and prototypes.
• Excellent attention to detail balancing polish and practicality.
• Strong user empathy and focus on real user needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the visual identity and product experience for a global fintech brand.
• Expand the design system with tokens, motion, patterns, and docs.
• Lead new product offerings from hypothesis through launch and measurement.
• Maintain high standards for visual quality and craft across platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, Compliance, and GTM teams.
