Farther is seeking a Staff Product Designer specializing in investment products to shape end-to-end experiences for Wealth Advisors and client-facing tools. You will translate complex financial systems into clear, high-performance user experiences across portfolios, order execution, and analytics.

You’ll work in ambiguity, move quickly from discovery through polished execution, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to prototype, validate ideas, and set product direction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience in complex, data-rich digital products.
• Proven track record designing investment, trading, wealth management, or financial analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of investment concepts, market data, pricing, execution flows, and risk analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and evolving design systems at scale.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery to final execution with high velocity and craft.
• Translate complex investment workflows into clear, usable UI and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define strategy and surface constraints.
• Design and validate solutions through rapid prototyping and user feedback loops.
• Create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and decision-driving artifacts.
• Transform dense market data into clear visualizations and decision-support tools.
• Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system for speed and consistency.
• Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate exploration and production readiness.
• Mentor and raise design thinking across the organization.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities within investment domain.
