Job summary

Panacea Financial is seeking a Product Designer to deliver user-centered experiences across our digital products. You will translate complex user needs and business requirements into thoughtful, functional designs that enhance the customer experience.

You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Analysts to take products from concept through implementation, owning design initiatives while aligning with the Lead Product Designer for guidance and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products (web and mobile)
• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and visual design craft
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component-based design
• Experience shaping complex user workflows from business requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of user-centered design, design thinking, responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
• Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to implementation.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analysts to translate needs into design solutions.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex financial products and workflows.
• Contribute to evolving the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Work with Engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions and identify improvements.
• Utilize AI tools (Claude and others) to accelerate prototyping and workflows.
