Job summary

Navan is seeking a Staff Product Designer for our Travel Team. You will own Enterprise design workstreams, from discovery to high‑fidelity UI, and collaborate with engineers for polished handoffs across web and mobile.

The ideal candidate has 7–9 years of B2B SaaS product design experience, strong UX architecture and UI design skills, and deep expertise in Figma. You will operate in a global team with async collaboration and data‑driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of Product Design experience in B2B, SaaS, or complex technical systems.
• Strong UX architecture and UI design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma; using auto-layout and components.
• Shipped B2B work with measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a global remote team.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design process for specific Enterprise workstreams from concept to developer-ready docs.
• Simplify Complex Systems: translate dense business requirements into clear B2B interfaces.
• Systems Thinking: contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and accessibility.
• Influence through Narrative: present concepts to influence partners and stakeholders.
• Bridge the Gap to Engineering: collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Data-Informed Advocacy: use research and analytics to validate design decisions.
• Global Collaboration: work with a distributed team across Berlin, India, and San Francisco.
