Job summary

Giga is hiring a Staff Product Designer to own experiences across significant surface areas. You’ll drive strategy-level design decisions in partnership with design, engineering, and customers, with a track record of zero-to-one work and scalable solutions across multiple use cases.

You’ll mentor designers, lead research with enterprise clients, evolve the design system, and influence prioritization while collaborating with GTM and technical teams to ship high-impact experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Raise the quality bar of the product experience while meeting business metrics
• Design novel interaction experiences that scale across use cases and lifecycles
• Mentor other designers in craft, strategy, and execution
• Collaborate effectively with GTM, engineering, and customers

Responsibilities

• Translate complex enterprise needs into scalable experiences, including conversational and agentic interfaces
• Be the directly responsible designer for experiences across a large product surface area
• Lead research with enterprise customers and drive product strategy
• Contribute to evolving the design system
• Set and uphold quality standards with design and engineering leaders
• Mentor designers and participate in hiring for large initiatives
• Influence prioritization and present evidence for design decisions
