Within is hiring a Staff Product Designer to lead complex, ambiguous design efforts across our AI-native enterprise product. You will shape how design and code work together, prototype with AI tools, and ship thoughtful experiences with engineering partners.

We value systems thinking, craft, and the ability to operate in ambiguity at scale. You’ll own AI-native UX patterns, drive design-system strategy, and mentor teammates to raise the craft bar.

Qualifications

• Strong design foundation and ability to ship end-to-end design work.
• Experience designing complex software and leading high-impact projects.
• AI-native product design experience is a plus.

• Own a product area end to end, from problem to shipped experience.
• Define how design and code work together with engineering and AI tools.
