Job summary

Giga is hiring a Staff Product Designer to own experiences across significant surface areas. You’ll drive strategy-level design decisions in partnership with the design organization, technical team members, and our customers.

You have a track record of zero-to-one work with an eye on one-to-one-million, and craft that others hold up as the bar. You’ll mentor designers, participate in hiring, influence prioritization, and help leadership kick off large, novel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience across multiple industries.
• Experience on zero-to-one products with enterprise impact.
• Ability to mentor designers and participate in hiring.
• Strong collaboration across GTM, engineering, and customers.
• Experience designing AI-native or non-deterministic systems (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex enterprise needs into scalable experiences.
• Lead as the directly responsible designer across a large surface area.
• Lead research with enterprise customers to inform strategy.
• Help evolve and contribute to the design system.
• Set quality standards with design and engineering leaders.
• Mentor designers and participate in hiring; drive initiatives.
• Influence prioritization and present evidence for decisions.
