Job summary

Stepful is hiring a Staff Product Designer in New York City. You will design rich, intuitive experiences for students, instructors, and coaches, mature our design system, and partner with product, engineering, growth, and operations to solve complex problems.

You’ll contribute across native and web apps, and influence multi-disciplinary teams at scale. The role demands hands-on design thinking, information architecture, and service design skills, plus a proven track record driving user research

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience with product design across mobile and web platforms.
• A deep understanding of the tech powering digital products and collaboration with engineering.
• End-to-end product design mindset including strategy, IA, and service design.
• Experience driving user research to inform product strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to influence teammates and multiple teams.
