Job summary

Superhuman Go is a proactive agent that helps people get work done. As Staff Product Designer on the Core team, you’ll shape how users express intent and interact with agents across desktop, web, and embedded surfaces.

You will own the design of Go end-to-end, elevate core interactions, prototype AI-native experiences, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content to raise the quality bar while delivering meaningful user value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience
• Hands-on experience designing AI-native products with natural language interaction or multi-step workflows
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with craft across layout, motion, micro-interactions, and polish
• Excellence in using prototyping as a way of thinking and communicating ideas
• Experience prototyping or building with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Figma Make
• Deep curiosity about AI, hands-on exploration of new products and industry trends
• Ability to set direction, influence strategy, and raise quality across teams
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities across multiple efforts

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership: design Go across standalone and embedded surfaces using natural language.
• Design and evolve core chat and agent experiences with a high bar for simplicity and clarity.
• Define how AI-native experiences move intent to outcomes.
• Prototyping as thinking: use high-fidelity prototypes to explore interaction models.
• Deliver polished interfaces, thoughtful micro-interactions, and intuitive AI behavior.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content to guide direction and unlock user value
