Invoca is seeking a senior product designer to own Rapport, the design system that spans Agent Studio, AI Signals, and Analytics. You will shape tokens, foundations, and components, ensuring a cohesive visual language across the platform.

Collaboration with engineering and product teams is essential to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences. You will lead governance, establish principles, and champion accessibility and machine-readable design to enable AI-native workflows across the Invoca

Qualifications

• Exceptional product designer with deep systems thinking and strong attention to visual craft.
• Experience designing mature design systems with coherent language and governance.
• Ability to articulate design decisions to both engineers and product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the design system language, tokens, foundations, components, and patterns.
• Shape system-level decisions for color, typography, spacing, iconography, motion, and interaction.
• Own the design architecture of Rapport to enable scale across Invoca's product ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure faithful implementation and credible design intent.
• Establish design principles and governance for cross-team consistency.
