Invoca is modernising its platform with a focus on Rapport, a scalable design system that spans across Agent Studio, AI Signals, and Insights. You will own the system foundations, define semantic naming, and shape patterns that enable AI-native experiences while maintaining design integrity.

The role requires exceptional product design craft, strong systems thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering.

Qualifications

• Exceptional product designer with deep systems thinking and strong attention to visual craft.
• Experience with mature design systems and architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the design language and system.
• Own the design architecture of Rapport, evolving tokens, foundations, components and patterns.
• Make system-level design decisions and establish governance for design tokens and documentation.
