Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape lending experiences across QuickBooks Capital, including term loans, lines of credit, and marketplace offers. You’ll work across product, design, and engineering to prototype AI-enhanced flows and ensure clear, customer-friendly decisions.

In a data- and experiment-driven environment, you’ll read funnel metrics, form strong hypotheses, and push for research when data alone can’t answer. You’ll advocate for design patterns that scale.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product design experience, preferably on large-scale consumer or small business products; lending is a plus.
• Track record of end-to-end shipping of features and flows.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft; fluency with design systems.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Experience designing for experimentation — shaping tests, interpreting results.
• Ability to storyboard, wireframe, and prototype with a clear narrative.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and craft.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Design, Product Management, and Engineering partners.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into your design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design the work: Own the design of features and flows within a lending product area, from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Design with data: Partner with product and data science to shape experiments and interpret results.
• Work across the system: Partner across product teams to ensure lending products complement each other.
• Influence and craft: Articulate design rationale and raise the quality bar with standards.
