Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product design experience on large-scale consumer or small business products.
• Experience shipping end-to-end features from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft; fluency with design systems.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Experience designing for experimentation: shaping tests, interpreting results, and iterating.
• Ability to storyboard, wireframe, and prototype with a narrative for stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
• Demonstrated collaboration with Design, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into design workflow.
• Lending, payments, or financial services experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong interaction and visual design craft, plus fluency with design systems.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and measure outcomes.
• Experience designing for experimentation: shaping tests, interpreting results, and iterating based on learnings.
• Ability to communicate through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping, with a narrative that brings stakeholders along.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and craft.
• Demonstrated collaboration with Design, Product Management, and Engineering partners.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into your design workflow to improve quality, speed, or depth.
