Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior product design leader in the United States to own end-to-end discovery-focused design, shape strategy, and drive high-impact dashboards. You will work with product and engineering leaders to set priorities, validate concepts, and deliver polished experiences.

You will translate complex data into intuitive visualizations, design AI-enabled workflows, and steward the design system while collaborating across teams to maximize customer and business value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex product design initiatives.
• Ability to independently set design direction and influence strategy.
• End-to-end product design from discovery to launch.
• Strong data visualization to simplify complex information.
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and tools.
• Proven design systems knowledge and component evolution.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for discovery-focused products.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to set priorities and roadmaps.
• Translate data into intuitive dashboards and visualizations.
• Design workflows that enable AI-powered collaboration and trust.
• Advocate for customer needs throughout development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and impact.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and innovation.
• Evaluate opportunities and allocate design resources for impact.
• Prototype rapidly using Figma, AI tools, and platforms like Vercel.
• Maintain high standards of usability and craftsmanship.
