Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design, including 2+ years in senior-level design positions at global consumer brands.
• Ability to manage projects from proposal through execution and release.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with polished mockups and prototypes.
• Creative problem-solving with high-quality user experiences.
• Experience writing creative briefs with goals, rationale, and success metrics.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research, experimentation, and user testing.
• Ability to turn ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions with measurable objectives.
• Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into design and project workflows.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management; initiative and judgment.
• Experience contributing to product prioritization, strategy, and user research throughout lifecycle.
• Willingness to mentor other designers and maintain high design standards.
• Comfort working remotely with ~40 hours per week and occasional video meetings and annual gatherings.
