As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead the definition and delivery of product design projects from concept to launch, ensuring products are innovative, functional, and user-centric within our Membership & Marketplace arena. You will contribute directly to Shipt's consumer product strategy and define the future of our service. Additionally, you'll provide guidance and mentorship to designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while raising the bar in design quality.

Salary range:
Metro areas (Boston, DC, LA, SF, Seattle, NYC): $123,000 - $247,000
Other locations: $109,000 - $219,000
Note: Compensation varies based on qualifications, skills, and location.
