One of our companies is currently looking for a Staff Product Designer in San Francisco.

As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives across multiple product areas, creating seamless, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, influence product strategy, and bring a systems-thinking approach to complex challenges. Accountabilities:

Define and lead design strategy across several product areas by addressing systemic UX challenges and establishing cohesive design patterns
Partner with leadership to influence roadmaps and align user-centered design with business outcomes
Execute end-to-end product design, translating complex requirements into clear specs and working closely with engineering for scalable implementation
Advance the design system and mentor peers, ensuring consistency and excellence across the platform
Facilitate workshops and cross-functional collaboration to drive clarity and elevate product quality
Champion user needs while balancing technical constraints and business goals to support impactful product decisions

Requirements

8+ years of experience designing digital products, including significant work in B2B or enterprise applications
Proven track record of leading complex initiatives that influenced product vision and drove measurable impact
Strong systems thinking and experience building or evolving scalable design systems
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance user advocacy with business and technical priorities
Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams throughout the development process
