Accountabilities:

4. Design end-to-end user experiences, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring consistency across mobile and web

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in product design, especially with complex software solutions
• Expertise in end-to-end UX and product design, with a strong portfolio
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to articulate design rationale
• Experience with design systems and reusable components
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods
• Ability to balance customer needs with technical and business constraints
• Leadership experience, including managing or mentoring designers
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
