Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead the design vision for high-growth startup products. You will create high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes for web and mobile, while developing scalable design systems across multiple products.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, run user research, and advocate for accessibility and human-centered design. You will mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools including Framer, InVision, and Principle.
• Experience designing complex applications, AI-driven interfaces, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decision-making.
• Proven ability to develop and scale design systems across multiple products.
• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and responsive UI principles.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments or cross-functional teams.
