Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Designer to champion user-centered design for our SaaS products in the manufacturing space. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces, from research through wireframes, prototypes, and handoff.

You will conduct user research, usability testing, and create interactive prototypes using Figma, FigJam, and AI-assisted design tools to accelerate iteration while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Experience designing complex web applications or SaaS products.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, FigJam and other product design software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and measurable business or customer outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly designs
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Self-driven with a commitment to understanding our product, our customers, and the nuances of the industry.
• Using AI tools such as Claude Code in the design process for fast iteration (Preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing industry (Preferred)
• Experience designing products for manufacturing, engineering, CAD, industrial software, or other complex technical applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve our user experience strategies
