Qualifications

• Ability to translate user research insights into designs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into a cohesive user experience by reconciling user and business needs, technical capabilities, and interaction design and usability best practices.
• Research and communicate opportunities to enhance product experiences through user research and testing.
• Partner with marketing, product management, and product development to create design architecture, specifications, and product requirements.
• Facilitate brainstorming and working sessions with business stakeholders and execution teams.
• Use design tools to create storyboards, samples, prototypes, and templates for demonstrations and user testing.
• Review proposed product changes and enhancements for alignment with user experience design and satisfaction standards, and suggest improvements.
• Evaluate market and consumer user experience research and update design architecture based on trends and patterns.
• Perform user design research, including aggregating and analyzing primary and secondary research data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
