Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for Product Analytics focusing on Creatives. You will partner with Product and Engineering to shape the creative roadmap, define success metrics, and drive data-informed decisions across ideation, launch and iteration of creative features.

You’ll own measurement frameworks, build durable monitoring, and collaborate with ML teams to improve asset-level performance and advertiser outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in data science, product analytics, or related field; product-facing IC experience.
• Proven track record partnering with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and metrics.
• Ability to own and drive ambiguous problems to closure.
• Strong async communication and documentation across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Be the analytical and product thought partner for Creatives, owning data narratives from ideation to launch.
• Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for creative features.
• Build durable monitoring, diagnostics, and documentation for creative performance.
• Collaborate with ML teams to design and evaluate model features for ads creatives.
