Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Staff Product Data Scientist to partner with the Creatives team. You will own the data narrative across ideation, launch, and iteration of creative features and strategies, influencing product direction and outcomes.

You will establish measurement frameworks, enable faster ship cycles with strong experiments, and build robust monitoring to reduce operational noise while improving ad performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in data science, product analytics, or related field; product-facing IC experience.
• Proven ability to partner with Product and Eng to shape roadmaps and drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Be a thought leader in the creative domain and influence high-stakes product decisions.
• Establish a repeatable framework for measuring creative impact and ship features faster with experiments.
• Build durable monitoring, diagnostics, and documentation to improve transparency of creative performance.
