Job summary

Moloco seeks a Group Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its AI investments in creative optimization. You will work at the intersection of Generative AI, ML, experimentation, and advertising performance to turn creative signals into measurable outcomes.

You will lead a highly ambiguous, 0-to-1 opportunity, shaping both product strategy and the category as Moloco defines the future of AI-powered creative optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong product judgment and the ability to create clarity in a new space.
• Experience building AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Experience partnering with GTM teams to shape narratives and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for AI investments in Moloco.
• Partner with engineering and ML teams to translate capabilities into customer value.
• Use customer insights and experimentation to guide investment decisions and measure impact.
• Lead 0-to-1 initiatives and align stakeholders across Product, Eng, Design and GTM.
