Moloco is seeking a Group Product Manager to define vision, strategy, and a multi-year roadmap for its AI-powered creative optimization initiatives. You will work at the intersection of Generative AI, ML, experimentation, and advertising performance to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a high-ambiguity, 0-to-1 opportunity requiring strong product judgment and technical curiosity. You will shape the category and guide a cross-functional team across Product, Eng, Design, and GTM.

Qualifications

• Track record leading 0-to-1 or highly ambiguous product initiatives where problem space and customer needs were emergent.
• Create clarity and direction when data is incomplete or playbooks do not exist.
• Strong product fundamentals include prioritization, experimentation, metric design, decision making, and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for AI-powered creative generation, optimization, and learning systems.
• Define measurement, evaluation, and optimization of creative quality and advertiser outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and ML teams to translate capabilities into differentiated customer value.
• Use customer insights, experimentation, and market signals to guide investments.
