Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Staff Product Data Scientist in the U.S. to partner with the Creatives team, owning the data narrative across ideation, launch, and iteration of creative features and strategies.

This role is not a support position; it is a co‑owner of the creative roadmap, shaping roadmaps with Product and Engineering, building durable measurement frameworks, and driving decisions through rigorous experiments and clear success criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Physics) or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or related quantitative field with product-facing IC experience.
• Proven track record partnering with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and drive data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ownership, autonomy, and ability to scope ambiguous problems to closure.
• Comfort working across time zones with distributed teams and strong async communication habits.
