You will define and execute publisher-centric monetization programs, pricing strategies, and lifecycle optimization across markets, partnering with publishers and cross-functional teams to maximize value.

Responsibilities

• Lead PlayStation Store's global digital monetization organization to maximize publisher content performance.
• Build strategy, operating model and capability; manage a global team across publishers and lifecycle.
• Develop monetization pricing, promotions and lifecycle strategies with publishers and partners.
• Drive Intelligent Pricing, Targeted Offers and future monetization capabilities across the Store.
• Shape capabilities with data, automation and AI to improve outcomes and commercial advantage.
