Job summary

PlayStation seeks a Staff Product Analyst to lead analytics strategy across product and business areas, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on monetization and product growth opportunities, shaping strategy through data-driven insights, and establishing scalable measurement frameworks to support decision-making across initiatives. Strong leadership and storytelling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in product analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives with autonomy.
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R, with knowledge of statistical concepts and analytical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics strategy for multiple product areas, translating objectives into KPIs, targets, and measurement frameworks.
• Lead measurement and experimentation programs, including A/B testing and causal inference approaches.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance and other teams to drive data-informed decision making.
• Mentor analysts and elevate analytics practices across teams.
• Communicate analytical findings with concise narratives to senior stakeholders and executives.
