Job summary

Harnham partners with a profitable healthcare technology company building one of the largest video education platforms for physicians in the US. We are seeking a founding-level engineering leader to work directly with the CTO, shaping AI-powered systems from day one.

You will own end-to-end delivery, design scalable backend architectures, and drive personalization, workflow automation, and growth initiatives across the team in the US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong backend or full stack engineering experience.

The platform combines healthcare, media, education, and AI. Doctors use the platform to share educational content with other doctors, while pharmaceutical and medical device companies use it to reach highly targeted healthcare audiences.

The company is investing heavily in AI and is looking to hire a founding-level engineering leader to work directly alongside the CTO.

The role requires someone who enjoys building from scratch, solving complex technical problems, and owning work end-to-end. The engineer hired will help shape new AI-powered systems across personalization, workflow automation, engagement, and internal knowledge systems. The environment is lean, highly technical, and product focused. The company is profitable, growing quickly, and operating with a strong builder mentality.

Compensation

3 days onsite in Oakland (Mon/Wed/Fri) with morning collaboration overlap starting around 8–9 AM PT.
