True Anomaly is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Staff or Principal) specializing in EMI/EMC to serve as the technical authority across spacecraft platforms. You will define grounding, bonding, shielding, and filtering architectures to ensure resilience in launch and on-orbit environments, shaping standards and practices for the broader engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Deep, hands-on experience with EMI/EMC qualification to MIL‑STD‑461 and GSFC‑7000 (GEVS) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to diagnose EMI/EMC problems during bring-up, integration, and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Own EMI/EMC technical direction across the spacecraft, setting requirements for avionics, power, RF, and harness teams.
• Define grounding, bonding, isolation, shielding, and filtering architecture at box and vehicle level.
• Lead EMI/EMC qualification campaigns to MIL‑STD‑461 and GSFC‑7000 (GEVS) and adjudicate compliance.
• Perform pre‑compliance analysis and design reviews early in development to mitigate risks.
• Build and mature EMI/EMC test capability including plans, fixtures, and instrumentation.
