Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering required; PhD in power systems preferred.
• Strong background in control theory and stability analysis.
• Experience with EMT/EMT modeling and simulation tools.
• Familiarity with wind/solar inverter modeling and integration.
• Proficient in Python and Matlab programming.
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct transmission system analysis and stability studies for grid projects.
• Develop and validate EMT models for inverters and loads.
• Use PSCAD/EMTP and PSS/E/PSLF for simulations and studies.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on high-impact projects.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings with limited supervision.
• Support RTDS/UDM development for renewable integration and microgrids.
