Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Power Systems Engineer to own vehicle-level electrical power analyses and architecture for next-gen aircraft. You will lead ELA, battery sizing, and bus integrity, shaping power roadmaps for the Fury platform and future variants.

Requires 8+ years in high-power vehicle systems, proficiency with LTspice/SIMPLIS/Multi-Spice, and MIL-STD-464/461/810/1760 knowledge. DoD clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in vehicle- or aircraft-level electrical power distribution systems and systems integration.
• Demonstrated track record of leading ELA, battery sizing, and power budget calculations for aerospace platforms.
• Proficiency with electrical simulation tools (LTspice, SIMPLIS, Multi-Spice).
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-461/464/810/1760 and DoD security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own vehicle system-level electrical power analyses, including ELA, Battery Sizing, and Bus Integrity.
• Shape electrical architecture trade studies and power roadmap for current and future aircraft programs.
• Develop integration-level test plans, VTPs, and validation criteria for power systems.
• Collaborate with Systems, Avionics, Flight Test, and Hardware teams to resolve challenges.
• Support ground and flight tests by reviewing power telemetry and verifying readiness.
