Job summary

Babylist is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own personalization and discovery across the consumer experience, including homepage feed and ML-powered recommendations. You will set the quality bar and partner with ML Engineering to balance business goals with user value.

You have deep ML product experience in recommendations, personalization, or discovery at scale and will shape how Babylist builds its ML-powered surfaces for registries and products.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in ML-powered consumer products.
• Owned a recommendations or personalization surface at scale.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong ability to define product strategy and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own recommendations and discovery end-to-end for Babylist.
• Set one-year horizon for personalization and platform metrics.
• Partner with ML Engineering to shape modeling and evaluation.
• Mentor PMs and influence hiring as the org grows.
