Job summary

Prime Video Personalization & Discovery seeks a Senior Product Manager - Tech with Personalization to own the vision and roadmap for core recommendations powering our experiences. You will lead ML-powered features, align customer value with business outcomes, and steer the ML lifecycle decisions with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in representing stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning.
• Background in an applied science, engineering, or quantitative field with model lifecycle understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for personalization products including recommender systems and ML models.
• Collaborate with scientists and ML engineers to translate problems into model requirements and objectives.
• Define and analyze metrics for recommendation quality, user outcomes, and business impact.
• Lead A/B testing strategy and experimentation to validate improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Communicate complex concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Balance model complexity, latency, scalability, and business value for production-ready solutions.
