Job summary

Grindr is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Ecosystem Health team to drive vision into a concrete roadmap, focusing on platform integrity, fraud prevention, and authenticity. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Experience to deliver scalable detection, moderation, and trust features.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, balance protection with user experience, and measure impact on safety and community integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex consumer products or platforms at scale.
• Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, risk, identity, marketplace integrity, or related domain balancing protection and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Ecosystem Health vision into a focused product strategy and roadmap across platform integrity, fraud prevention, moderation, authenticity, and user trust.
• Lead complex product initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration, partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Experience, Legal, Privacy, and Marketing.
• Build and improve AI/ML-powered detection and moderation systems at scale with attention to accuracy and user impact.
• Develop user-facing products that strengthen authenticity and trust, including verification and privacy controls.
• Define ecosystem health metrics, identify risks, and use data to prioritize work that improves safety and integrity.
