Job summary

Grindr is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Ecosystem Health team to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Experience. You will turn priorities into concrete plans, surface risks early, and unblock work to strengthen user safety and platform integrity.

You will partner with engineers to manage dependencies, deliverables, and execution, while building scalable processes and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management, strategy and operations, or related experience leading complex initiatives in consumer technology or marketplaces.
• Track record of driving cross-functional programs from planning through launch with ownership of timelines and risks.
• Technical fluency and experience partnering with engineers on architecture and sequencing decisions.
• Experience establishing tools and processes that improve delivery across multiple functions.
• Clear executive communication skills, distilling complex program details into updates, risks and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the program plan, operating cadence, and cross-functional execution for key Ecosystem Health initiatives.
• Translate priorities into milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and decisions across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Experience.
• Partner with Engineering to identify dependencies, resolve blockers, and manage delivery risks.
• Establish tools, processes, and systems that improve planning, accountability, and visibility.
• Provide regular executive updates on progress, tradeoffs, risks, and decisions.
• Anticipate issues, elevate with clear recommendations, and drive teams toward resolution.
• Define program health metrics and use retrospectives to improve cross-functional collaboration.
