Job summary

Grindr is seeking a hybrid Product/Program Manager to drive Ecosystem Health initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Experience. You will translate priorities into clear milestones and ownership, surface risks early, and unblock work to protect user safety and platform integrity.

You will own the program plan, cadence, and cross-functional execution for key initiatives, collaborating with engineering to identify dependencies and drive delivery

Qualifications

• Track record of driving cross-functional programs from planning to launch
• Clear ownership of timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
• Strong judgment under ambiguity and ability to unblock work

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of Ecosystem Health programs across multiple teams
• Own the program plan, cadence, and cross-functional execution
• Translate priorities into milestones, owners, risks, and decisions
• Partner with Engineering to identify dependencies and unblock delivery
• Establish tools and processes to improve planning and visibility
• Provide regular executive updates on progress, risks, and decisions
• Anticipate issues and push for resolution
• Define program health metrics and use retrospectives to improve teamwork
