Grindr seeks a Staff Product Manager for the Ecosystem Health team to drive the product roadmap for platform integrity, fraud prevention, and authenticity. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Experience to transform complex safety challenges into effective products.

You will own AI-powered detection initiatives, define success metrics, and collaborate across senior stakeholders to reduce abuse and protect user trust in Grindr’s services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience across consumer platforms or scale.
• Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, identity, or marketplace integrity.
• Track record turning strategy into multi-quarter roadmaps and shipped outcomes across teams.
• Strong technical and analytical judgment with engineers and data scientists on automated systems.
• Experience defining success metrics and making data-driven tradeoffs.
• Ability to create clarity and momentum among senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Translate the Ecosystem Health vision into a focused product strategy and roadmap across platform integrity, fraud prevention, moderation, authenticity, and user trust.
• Lead complex product initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration with cross-functional partners.
• Build AI/ML-powered detection and moderation systems at scale with a focus on accuracy and user impact.
• Develop user-facing products that strengthen authenticity and trust, including verification and privacy controls.
• Define ecosystem health metrics, identify risks, and prioritize work that improves safety and integrity.
