Pinterest is seeking a data‑driven Product Manager for Ads Quality who will own the vision for matching the right ad to the right Pinner at the right time, translating problems into BRDs/PRDs and maintaining a clear roadmap.

You will partner with engineering, data science, design, PMM and Sales to deliver high‑impact features in ads bidding and optimization, define success metrics, and iterate based on learnings. This role supports US-based teams and offers hybrid collaboration.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience defining new products and roadmaps in back-end spaces.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, data, PMM and other stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace metrics and tradeoffs.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent.
• Experience with ads marketplace or ads formats preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own a vision and translate problems into BRDs/PRDs, maintain roadmap and backlog.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features, manage dependencies and APIs.
• Build ads bidding/optimization features, define success metrics and post-launch learnings.
