Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a seasoned Product Manager/Engineering Manager to lead the Ads Quality efforts. You will own the vision for new and existing ad capabilities, translating business problems into BRDs/PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will partner with engineering, ML, data science, design, PMM, and policy teams to deliver high‑quality features, define APIs, guardrails, and experiment designs, while aligning on milestones and go‑to‑market plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, engineering management, data science, or related role.
• Ability to define new products and strategies with back-end products in ambiguous spaces.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data, or PMM teams and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a vision for new and existing ad capabilities and translate problems into BRDs/PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, ML, data science/analytics, design, and PMM to deliver features; define APIs, contracts, guardrails, and alignment on experiment design.
• Build features in ads bidding and optimization; measure success, write docs, and update the roadmap.
