Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Product Manager for the Ads Quality team to own the vision, drive BRDs/PRDs, and coordinate with engineering, data, and PMM. You will define roadmaps, guardrails, APIs, and experimentation to deliver measurable advertiser and Pinner value.

We value at least 4 years in related roles, a strong background in back-end product areas, and a Bachelor's in CS or equivalent. This US-based role offers flexibility with in-office collaboration 1-2 times/quarter.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, engineering management, data science, or related roles.
• Ability to define new products/strategies in ambiguous spaces and execute from ideation to go-to-market.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data, PMM and other stakeholders.
• Understanding of business metrics and tradeoffs in online marketplaces; ads marketplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision for matching ads to the right Pinner, translate problems into BRDs/PRDs and maintain a prioritized roadmap.
• Partner with engineering, data science, PMM, sales and policy to coordinate APIs, guardrails and GTM plans.
• Build features in ads bidding/optimization to meet advertiser and Pinner outcomes with clear success metrics.
