Job summary

Silicon Labs is seeking a Senior/Associate Staff Wireless Embedded Software Engineer for the RAIL team in Boston, MA. You will design and maintain embedded software for low-power wireless MCUs and SDKs, owning features from design to release while optimizing for power, performance, and memory constraints.

You will collaborate with firmware, silicon, systems, and test engineers to ensure quality, bring-up new devices, and contribute to automated testing and tooling.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of embedded software or firmware experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++ and real-time systems.
