Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a Senior Product Manager to own verification and test management across our platform. The role spans hardware and software, including test case library design, data model ownership, and gate-ready evidence. Based in Phoenix, AZ, the role requires onsite presence five days a week.

The candidate will collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver auditable verification outcomes that support program gates and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Product management experience with end-to-end ownership of an enterprise, internal platform, or business systems product.
• Direct experience with verification or test management as a product or process domain: requirements management, test case management, and test run management.
• Working understanding of hardware verification and software verification and how they combine for program-level results.
• Ownership of a system of record, with responsibility for data correctness and downstream consequences of inaccuracies.
• Strong systems and data thinking: sources of truth, reconciliation logic, data modeling and taxonomy design.
• Excellent written communication: specifications, decision records, and proposals that are read and acted on without presenting.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for test case management and test run management as a single connected capability.
• Define the traceability model linking requirement to test case to test run to result and defect.
• Coordinate delivery against real vehicle program gates and state impact of staffing decisions on gates.
• Own the architecture of the test case library with versioning and cross-program reuse.
• Lead cross-functional relationships with Test & Validation, Systems, Software, Hardware, Quality, and Program Management.
