Zusammenfassung

DataRobot seeks an senior engineering leader to design and scale Kubernetes-based infrastructure across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and drive modernization with GitOps practices and strong operational excellence.

You’ll collaborate with SRE, Platform, and Application teams to ensure infra meets real product needs while promoting a culture of high performance and ownership.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ in infrastructure/platform/backend roles.
• Proficient in Python or Go; built production-quality, observable systems.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes internals, networking, scheduling, and controllers.
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Pulumi), and GitOps workflows.

Aufgaben

• Architect and implement scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure for multi‑cloud and hybrid environments.
• Lead technical direction for core Fleet initiatives—control plane services and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor engineers to foster ownership, curiosity, and excellence.
• Drive modernization—GitOps, Kyverno, Cilium, autoscaling, resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with SRE, Platform, and Application teams to align infra with product needs.
• Champion CI/CD, reliability, container lifecycle management, and dev experience.
• Partner with engineering leadership to scale Fleet's impact.
