Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and scripting languages.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest/Mocha/Chai).
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud services.
• Designing and developing REST APIs/microservices with versioning and auth.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform).
• Strong software architecture, reliability, performance, and observability knowledge.
• Source control experience (Git).
• Ability to work with Platform teams and support API gateway adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for API platform development and tooling.
• Support API platform maintenance and upgrades.
• Develop frameworks and tools to improve developer productivity and SDLC processes.
• Build CI/CD pipeline tools using GitLab, Python, and Shell scripts.
• Collaborate with other teams to enable API gateway adoption and resolve issues.
